Not the best ihop we have ever been to, food was ok for the most part, but not cooked as requested. My hash browns were ordered extra crispy and they weren't even done much less crispy. My English muffin was swimming in butter or grease... will go to other IHOP's just won't be back to this one.

Last time bad and again.went in just the 2 of us not crowded or busy. Told they were cleaning a table 20 minutes later 2 women walked in and were seated immediately. Asked the woman what was going on we were supposed to get that table then 3 others were seated. Screw this we left and went to cracker barrel had the most polite staff and excellent food good bye I hop you just aren't worth it anymore.

Save yourself the time, hassle, and overload of Fabulouso!!! Go anywhere else!!!! Your nose, mouth and mind will thank you!
Service is horrendous, orders are not at all correct or cooked properly, and drinks never refilled!!! We were 1 of 3 tables in the entire place and still waited 45+ minutes for food. We ordered basic meals too and each one was messed up and incomplete.
Good luck in getting a server to actually serve you. They are too busy on their phones, loudly gossiping or eating in the kitchen.
Go to the Fried Pie Company instead!!!! -

Definitely not our best IHOP experience today. no smiles at all from the staff, kinda felt like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for something. My tea was really awful - too strong or something. I returned it and got a tea out of my car. The food took too long and when it was brought out my blueberry pancakes looked nothing like the menu picture. They were not the big, fluffy pancakes covered with blueberries..... they were small flat hard pancakes with a drop of blueberries on top. When I cut into the pancakes they crunched!! Really? Yes - that's just not the way pancakes are supposed to be!! And at the end of the meal the check came with the tea still on it. She did remove it after I asked. Will we go back? Probably, they will get another chance because IHOP is usually AOK.

My sister-in-law and I had dinner here after a concert this past weekend and we're very disappointed. I wish I could come up with even one positive attribute but except for the food being okay, I can't. The service was incredibly slow even though we were one of maybe three or four occupied tables in the entire restaurant. There was food stuck on the table, the booth, and the floor. They forgot things on our order but by the time we finally got our food we didn't care because we were so hungry. Literally we waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich and some pancakes. I cannot remember the last time I had such a poor experience at an IHOP. If I wanted a dirty atmosphere and horrible service, I would have gone to Denny's.
